Reflection

After how many years studying here in Ilocos Sur National High School, I learned a lot. Especially about technology. I’m not actually good in this but because of this subject, I learned to enjoy it. I've learned a lot. I’m proud of myself. Thanks to my teachers, classmates and even my friends who shared their ideas about this. And now, I can use the PC/ computer through myself.

It’s very nice and interesting. I can now edit a picture; make my own movie, and many more. This ict subject helps me to know the importance of the technology. Because technology is now are lives. Modernilized life.

ICT is useful and helpful. It’s an application of modern technology to interact and share information among people all fields and develop science through technology. ICT gives advantages in organizations. In short, ICT is helpful to the personal and organizational development through modern technology.

My dream, my future

When I was a child, my teachers and parents said to me, ‘people who have no dreams of the future will not fly far away’. Because of those inspiring words from my parents and teachers, I tried to make inspired by to be a chef.

In the future I want to be a famous chef as I can cook many delicious dishes for my family and my friends and they are very happy to eat my cooking. On the other hand, I would like to be a computer expert that can fix and repair computers like an expert. I like my dreams because nowadays, technologies are getting tougher and later on, only some people that can fix computer technologies in the future. That’s why I try to catch up to study the technologies nowadays so in the future I might help people who is in need of a computer expert. 

I still don’t know which one I should choose to my future but I choose to be an computer expert still cause I like to break things up to see what’s in it because I’m always curious what drives that thing to make it work for example the programs for a laptop.

I will try my best to do my dream job in the future, and if I fail or I have problems with my studies, I will keep on dreaming to overcome the problem and keep believing that I will have a good life in the future.

Everything is POSSIBLE. Just believe on it.

Change starts within us

If you change yourself you will change your world. If you change how you think then you will change how you feel and what actions you take. And so the world around you will change. Not only because you are now viewing your environment through new lenses of thoughts and emotions but also because the change within can allow you to take action in ways you wouldn't have – or maybe even have thought about – while stuck in your old thought patterns.

You can't bring back the past. It's gone. All you can do is let go, move on, and make better memories for the future. You are the only force that can create the change you seek, and you can only do that after you accept things as they are. You can change the way people treat you by changing                                                                                the way you treat yourself.

Let us all make a change. And the change starts within us.

       Ilocos Sur especially Vigan is branded as the Heart of Ilocandia by the Philippine Historical Committee. It’s a province very rich in culture and heritage. Kannawidan means traditions and this province got to showcase all what she has.

       Ilocos sur has rich heritage and unique culture. However, there is a need to preserve. With this in mind, the provincial government of Ilocos Sur has conceived a festival that highlights these culture and traditions and attract local and foreign tourist as well. Dubbed the Kannawidan Ylocos Festival, it is also a commemoration of the anniversary of Ilocos Sur as province. Kannawidan has really lived up to its mission and vision: preserving and perpetuating the rich Iloco cultural, artistic, historical and intellectual heritage. Kannawidan gatherings have always been a venue for Ilocanos, relations and friends, sharing and exchanging thoughts, views and insights on how to preserve and perpetuate the beautiful customs and traditions.

      May this continue and we, Ilocanos must work as one in the spirit of unity, to love our own culture and arts. We must be done these things always, not only during festivals. Ilocos Sur is an amazing, wonderful, magnificent place! Be proud you're an Ilocano!
