The Old Year has gone. Let the dead past
bury its own dead. The New Year has taken possession of the clock of time. All
hail the duties and possibilities of the coming twelve months!
When the New Year comes around it seems like the perfect time for self-improvement. Even though I’ve always failed my New Year’s resolutions, every year I promise myself that this time will be different. Although I’ve failed every resolution, I decided to try again this year by doing and maintaining my good attitudes. So far I’m doing well but I’m not sure how long it will last, because I want to change for the better not for the worst. I also want to discover new joys, embark on new journeys, give more meaning to my life and just stick to some simple and basic rules in 2014 and have faith in self and abilities.
